1) If you have a gift certificate, you must CALL US! 218-790-0572.  Please do not make your appointment online, because each gift certificate is with a specific therapist and we need to make sure it is scheduled with the right one.

 

2) Make sure when you schedule, that you receive a confirmation email right away! If you do not get one, that means your appointment did not go through correctly.

 

3) If you cannot make your scheduled appointment, you must notify us one day before your appointment so we can make sure to fill it with another client. If we are not notified in time, you will be billed 50% of the price of the massage. (Unless there is an emergency)

 

4) Please arrive 5 minutes early for your appointment and we accept cash, check or gift certificates.

5)  $5.00 more for appointments after 5 pm and on weekends. Thank you

6)   IF YOU WANT TO ADD HOT STONE TO YOUR MASSAGE, PLEASE CALL US in ADVANCE, so we know to have them heated in time for you! It takes almost 2 hours to heat up the stones. 218-790-0572.
